This is a strange one. My aunt has an iphone4 and every time she connects her phone with photographs taken on it the computer takes a hissy fit and shuts down. It shows a blue screen but only for a second and I cant get reading the writing.
iTunes and the iphone are both up to date.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

    Thanks

Sounds like a driver issue when the photo wizard tries to start up maybe?
    What Widows version?
Are Windows up to date? Go here with Internet Explorer http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

    Bit more info

yeah - I phone 4 is latest apple product. Apple products do work on PC's but take a lot of 'juice'. If the pc is real old, you should look at getting a new one - will work out cheaper than the iphone toy anyway.

Yeah its a fairly old laptop. Its running windows xp. I am running an update checker but its taking ages.
Surely it shouldn't be doing it though even though the computer is old.
