    Hi,
    I made two orders last month and I haven't got any of them. I got e-mails with confirmation saying that the orders were dispatched.
    I rang customers service and I talked to a guy who took the order number and put me on hold, after 10 minutes I was disconnected.
    I don't know what to do next, when I call them now all lines are busy and they let you wait, nobody answers no matter how long I wait and this isn't a free line.
    I paid almost €200 and I wonder if I can get my money back somehow.

    Write to them, by post. Send it registered. Tell them to fulfill the order or refund your money. Give them 7 days to respond before you take it further.

    You can use the small claims court if you get no response, or possibly a credit card charge back through the bank if that's how you paid.
