Camp Guilty Pleasures

It seems that camp gay guys have a rough time of it in most places. We're all eager to state how un-camp we are. But I have a theory that everyone has at least one camp guilty pleasure. What's yours?

I've always been too dull to be camp, but I definitely choose this:

I won tickets to see the live show on the West End in London. I'm normally not into musicals, and I only went because it was free, but Chicago was excellent.

When I see chocolate, I come across as an excited middle aged woman (Nigella Lawson type).

But what happens when the two are combined?

Eurovision. :o It gets me every single year.
Every so often, you get genuinely good songs though. Like the German one last year. And Lordi of course! :p (Which I guess counts as camp...but in a good way.)

Then, of course, you have the likes of this:

So horrendously camp it goes around full circle and becomes cool! 5 years later, I still watch this and think: "Did that actually happen?" :pac:

This is me with shoes... Don't have a stitch to wear half the time, but don't worry, I have every colour converse and vans under the sun, so my feet will be stylish...

I honestly couldn't care about what clothes I pick up in the mornings, can't be arsed about brands or stuff (have plenty of tshirts from Penneys), but as for runners.... now that's different. Adidas, Converse and Asics / Tiger...

Has to be my guilty pleasure as well. Another memorable moment; epic sax guy:

As a sax player, epic sax guy both pisses me off and makes me very very happy.

    Happy, because, well... he's epic.

But pissed off because he furthers the whole "you can play the saxophone upside down and while dancing and it's FINE!!!" when really, you know when you see sax players on stage do the whole "bend backwards and hold the sax up real high for a long note" thing? Yeah, try it sometime after playing a few songs. All you'll get is a smaller lung capacity (because of the bending) and a mixture of saliva and condensation spilling back into your mouth.

Also: I hold a eurovision party every year. I fell in love with Linda Martin when I was 9 years old. My favourite lesbian + eurovision thing has to be this though- and it's pretty camp...

The basic premise is that Janeway and Seven are uber gay...

    :D

Morto... I've made one of those vids and am waiting for the day it ends up in a thread like this.

My camp guilty pleasure... bawling my eyes out during Greys. Other than that, I'm a manly man.
