    If you pause it at 1:21 you will see a few shotgun shells in his pocket when he pan's the camera down, gona guess if he had them he had a shotgun with him too....

    But he didn't let a shot off, so i wont speculate :P

    Ya if they had been shooting not training their dogs they'd be in trouble. It was a follow on statement to the original IF. It was put that the pheasant was lucky as the lads were training not shooting
    When in fact he was lucky as the lads were so close to the house.
    A joke of sorts symbolized by the :D

    English law there,

    Dont think anyone ever found a link to that in the Irish law.
    Still reckless discharge of a firearm can be used.

    having watched the video i took it that the original poster had implied that the pheasant was lucky because the fox was hunting it so was saved by being flushed ;)

    looks to me like the fox had a nice little home for himself , (frame 1.03 ) the two boys just disturbed him ,
