To apply, you need to fill out the form, and if you live in a Partnership area, apply to your local partnership, if not you apply to the job facilitator. The Partnership/facilitator will look at your business proposal, and probably discuss it with you also.
Approval to partake on the scheme normally involves an interview with you to assess the viability of the proposed project, to provide advice on funding or on 'Start Your Own Business' courses etc. The Project may be recommended for approval if it is deemed likely to succeed and will not displace existing similar business', but this would all be discussed with the Job Facilitator/Partnership.
