Hey, I was wondering is it worth a try emailing CV's and writing letters to places which have vacancies but all I don't match for them is experience, I mean if they require 1 year of experience in simple thing, think it's worth a try still emailing them?

The worst they can say is no right ? They could only put the 1yr experience there to reduce the numbers of applicants incase they get alot in.

(well other than the fact that you might send out 20 CV a week and get no replies, might be disheartening to you.)

Sometimes the job spec is just a wishlist.

For example, in my previous job the support manager would write the most ridiculous job specs for the support positions.

    I say go for it.
