Hi all my car has 165 65 15 tyres fitted. I need to get new tyre's and have been shopping around for prices. Some tyre depots quote lower prices for what would appear to be larger tyres, for example 185 65 15 I have looked at other Clio's of the same year at the dealership and some are fitted with the larger size of 185.…

Hi all my car has 165 65 15 tyres fitted. I need to get new tyre's and have been shopping around for prices. Some tyre depots quote lower prices for what would appear to be larger tyres, for example 185 65 15 I have looked at other Clio's of the same year at the dealership and some are fitted with the larger size of 185. So my question is this will putting a different size tyre on my 15" rim do any damage? Or has my car been set up at the factory to run on 165's?
