Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

It is just that by law, the price quoted has to include the tax for retail sales, but that does not make the tax part of the charge, which remains, for you, €16.52 plus VAT. Also, if it is a DD, then you don't do anything, DDs are generated by the other side.

    As mentioned, this is a tax increase. Since this has nothing to do with broadband I'm closing this thread.
