as the title says, what are your thoughts on this lexus?
i am currently driving a 1.4 polo. so this will be a big jump in terms of a change.
the main concern is the tax and fuel consumption.
everything else is plus for me.
the tax is 3 times higher.
how bad is this car in terms of fuel consumption?
i don't commute much. but do a few occasional trips to countryside.

Fuel is heavy- low 30's on a long trip but in the teens around town. Tax is circa 1000 and the depreciation is terrible, it will be difficult to sell on.

The base spec's velour seats are not that nice, make sure you get something with leather, the Executive spec is great with lots of toys. Its quite small inside, rear legroom is about the same as a Corolla and the boot is small too

Apart from that, its a v nice comfortable car to drive, especially in auto, and the reliability should be very good too. Possibly not as good as a 325i but not far off and likely to be more reliable. I don't know current pricing but expect they are small money so should be a great buy for a low mileage driver
