    Anybody know where it is. Heard it's being built up around the tycor business centre (where the red chimney stack is) but cant see any signs for it up there.

    Correct, it is up in the old jute factory building, however no signage for tax reasons.. dont ask me what those reasons are cos i dont know, i just know that lack of sign is due to something with inland revenue..
