Munster Joinery

Anyone else had the misfortune of buying from munster joinery. Only got the windows and doors fitted less than 3 years ago. Already the front door has been changed within the first year because of constant leaking into the hall, after a struggle I might add. Now the frame of the front and back door has started to crack. When I rang munster joinery they told me it must have been something I did to cause the problem. They would not even entertain coming to look at the doors without me agreeing to pay for the engineers visit.
I would have thought the structure would have lasted more than 3 years.
