Anyone using Lake MTB shoes?

I received my Lake MX236C MTB Shoes from Wiggle, in size 43.5.

I can feel my big toe just about hitting the end of the toe box, so I figure I should go for the 44.

However, there is a size chart and fitting chart on the Lake website which disagrees.

    http://www.lakecycling.com/footwear.html
    http://www.lakecycling.com/fitting-chart.html

My feet measure 262mm x 103mm using the fitting chart, which would have me in a 41.5.

That's complete madness - I wear 43-44 in Specialized and the 43.5 Lake is marginal for length.

So, question for Lake wearers is: does the size chart in any way correspond to your actual fitting?

Any interest in a pair of these, silver and white available, both size 44.
I was getting a pair for myself and got 43 and 44's as was not sure which size would be better, the 43 was so these are available if you wanted something different. Carbon re-inforced soles, very light and super stiff shoes.

Transporting, they look nice but I'm after something with Boa lacing.

Out of interest do you find the boa lacing more comfortable or more even tightening or just like the look of it??
