I purchased this on DVD in GoldenDisks for €3 a few years ago. What can I say? It's not a 'good' movie, but by golly it's a lot of fun to watch with a group of friends (while not entirely sober).
Watch out for John Candy's brief cameo.

Ha, i bought this one too. Amazing! I love when Zeus throws the thunderbolt (aka a metal stick) and cut to stock footage of an explosion!

that and rope-a-dope boxing with the bear. Awesome.

Which version. the one where he uses his austrian accent or when its overdubbed by someone who sounds like a sports anouncer

I have the Arnie voice one. Haven't heard the other version. I can't imagine it would be as fun though.

UTV had a telethon years ago (prob mid90's) and they had a competition to show this movie if they reached a certain cash target (or maybe it was if they failed to reach the target?).

The film was shown anyway.
