** Legitimately ** - How to decrypt offline recordings?

I have been waiting for years from SKY to allow downloading recordings to other media. Unfortunately this did not happen yet. I could only swap hard disks from my skyhd box to save recordings.

I have read there is a way to LEGITAMTELY use our card to decrypt recordings, however instructions are rather old and incomplete.

    - I know how to extract data from XTV images and disks
    - .str files are readable on my pc (FTA only)

I have downloaded Offline decrypter however, instructions are very generic. For example "one or more CSA engine dll", "one or more multidec plugins"..

Can someone explain step by step:
    - latest offline scarmbler version (2.74 seems a virus)
    - where to get latest needed (ffdecsa, etc) dlls
    - where to store those dlls (what folders)
    - how to setup correctly smart mouse (any software to set up clock correctly, etc?)

    Thanks for helping
