Pigeon shooting in my opinion is a DIY sport. It is easy to teach yourself to be honest I did and would consider myself well capable of making the best of any situation. If you have a bit of permission you could begin teaching yourself. Read a good book on the topic and you will learn the basics and then you will begin building up your experience and you will not be long getting the hang of it. Done a few hours of recce the weekend and I'm going in the morning myself the rape up here is blue with them but that's no guarantee of success.
