I'm going to list the best restaurant by cuisine that I have tried in Dublin.

Bound to cause a few arguments

I'd love feedback, I'll go anywhere in Dublin to compare if the feedback is good enough :D

Taste is number one, price is number two, customer service is three and athmosphere is unimportant. Its all about the food ;)

    Best Italian
    La Caverna - Temple Bar

    Best Mexican
Ive only been to Acapulco which I was far from impressed with - I LOVE mexican food and I really didn't like this place.
Boojum I wouldn't quite class as a restaurant, its great (but Burritos & Blues is better I think!)

    Best Cafe
    Cinnamon Cafe - Smithfield

    Best Steakhouse
    Elephant & Castle

    Best Kebab
    Haven't tried enough!

    Best Chinese
    China Sichuan

    Best Indian
Not a fan of Indian food at all

    Best Burger
Strangely, haven't had many in Dublin...

    Best Buffalo Wings
    Woolshed

    Best Pizza
    Cafe Topolis - Parliament street.

    Best Thai
    Siam Thai

    Best Spanish
    Haven't tried enough!

I should really start being a bit more adventurous with restaurant selections...

Can I say Best Italian is Campo De Fiori in Bray or is that disqualified by being over the Wicklow border? If so, I nominate Manifesto in Rathmines.

Best Mexican is the place in the Epicurean Food Hall on Abbey St.

Best Chinese = Good World, Georges St. Mandarin on Parnell St a decent second.
