92mm fan recommendation

I've just built myself a new pc (Shuttle) after the old one died. I'm chuffed with it apart from the noise. There is one 92mm PWM fan on it that's quite noisy so I'm looking to replace it.

I've had a look at a few of the fans on quietpc.com, but can't seem to find many, if any reviews at all. (Specifically looked at this and this)

Does anyone have any recommendations as to a good, quiet fan? I don't mind losing the PWM function if the fan is going to be quiet

That one looks good. It depends how much airflow the noisy fan is making, and what your temperatures are. You can of course get a very quiet one, but then your temperatures might sky-rocket.

I've heard good things about Noctua fans. I was looking at this or this. Both seems to have reasonable reviews.

Ideally, I'd like to keep the PWM function. IIRC, if I plug a 3 pin fan into the PWM connector on the board, the fan will run at full speed which is something I don't want unless it's quiet
