    Why would someone choose 'Other' under the question " What is your reason for closing your claim?"

    Haven't heard of anyone having difficulty signing off online, although probably, if people have the time, it's best to go in person to the SW office.

    As for reasons to sign off, other than the usual reasons specified, well, there could be some, however unlikely...

    Winning a fortune on the lottery
    Inheriting an enormous amount of money
    Marrying someone loaded
    Joining the nuns
    Joining the priests
    Developing a conscience about being a welfare fraud
