How high to mount stove unit?

    Any ideas on how high a stove unit should be mounted above floor level on a new build?
    I was thinking around 600mm - does this seem about right? Can't seem to find any guidance on the subject online.

    Is this an insert or a free standing stove?

    It's an insert - had a look at some pictures online - I'm thing 450mm seems more correct.
