    hi guys,

    does anyone have any idea where i could get gripe water in or near Arklow? i did a bit of googling but the places suggested didnt stock it after i visited.

    its back on the market and is available in random places

    The Gala shop at Templerainy sell it. On the way out of Arklow the shops on the left just before the school.

    pint of water x1
    tablespoon of caraway seed or dill x1
    teaspoon of sugar x1

    boil all together and strain, keep chilled
