Sky+ Recording Problem

I had to get my sky dish reattached to the wall after the recent high winds and now when I try to record any channel I get the "No signal is being received" message on all the others. Is this something I can fix myself or do I need to get the engineer back? Any help gratefully received.

I'd recall the "engineer". You are entitled to a free call out if your problem isn't fixed, and your problem only happened after the "engineer" went at your equipment.

I could be wrong but it sounds like only one input is connected from your LNB (attached to dish) to the + box. To record one channel and watch other channels simultaneously you need two separate feeds from the LNB. You could do a visual check to see if both inputs are plugged into back of box and also into both inputs on LNB. Prob best to let engineer fix it though.
