    hi all
just in the beginning stages of renovating a 25 yr old bungalow
i need to get the internal dimensions measured as the differ from the drawing i have.
what would be the cost of getting this done,
the house is about 1700 sq/ft with about 600 sq/ft converted in the attic.
    thanks

edit: what would an architect cost for design and planning only. not a cheap nixer price or a architect % price, but some where in between

I know it sounds cliched on this board but dont rule out Architectural Technicians for the job. On a renovation and extension they will bring as much if not more to the table than an architect and usually for less.

As a rough guideline for survey, design and planning you can probably expect to pay somewhere between €1500 to €2000 but prices can range hugely. That will depend greatly on the size of the office you get the price from, the part of the country you're in and the scope of the project.

Hope this helps and best of luck with the project
