How do I open a .PDF file..?

Sorry Im not great with computers so please, cut me a bit of slack if this is a stupid question :o

I have a pdf file that is 99.8% downloaded. I cant download the rest.

When I try to open the file with adobe acrobat reader it tells me that the file isnt complete and therefore cannot be opened.

Surely there must be a way for me to look at the "good" 99.8% of the file.

Surely that last little .2% cant be that important that the other 99.8% is rendered useless...?

Id be very grateful for any help on the matter

In my experience you have to have the entire file before you can open it, so you will have to be patient and either wait for the rest or start again :(

Maybe Foxit PDF reader might not be as fussy ?

Thanks for the suggestion bonzodog. Unfortunately it didnt work:
