Explorer 90 bad brakes

I have a same explorer 90 and it got a full service and the brakes were all checked and the rear ones were replaced, but were very good even before they were done, but after only a few weeks i have only one back wheel braking, must only be a minor prob?:confused: any suggestions i would be greatful
