If it's only happening with the eyes, there might be something disrupting the commands reaching the box; is picture quality from the Skybox still the same as always on the kitchen & bedroom tvs?

I would say the eyes are not getting enough power you probably need a amplifer

Who set up the distribution system? Is it all over cables, no "video senders" involved?

    You haven't stated:-

    When the problem began.
    How old the system is.
The makes/models of all Digiboxes and their ages.
The make/model of amplifier and where it gets its power from.
The type of cable (should be double-screened).
Whether you added some equipment nearby, which is interfering.
Whether wall sockets are involved (and whether they are fully screened).
Whether all connecting plugs are soldered.
Whether magic-eye connections to TVs are decoupled.

    Also see http://www.satcure.co.uk/tech/tvlink2.htm
and download the instructions. Includes troubleshooting info.
