Probably the most intriguing film I've seen in a long time has to be Kill List. The film has you thinking throughout and even after it's tangent direction ending.
The Aussies can really do bleakness well and don't disappoint with Snowtown. At times you find yourself trying to condone the violence placed on child molesters etc. but eventually you realise you're on the side of a complete mad man et al.

I Come With the Rain - Just an exceptional piece of cinema deserving of far more than the token releases it has received to date.

Animal Kingdom - A great piece of cinema.
