need help on getting passed permanent ip bans ,say some ammerican ones on youtube but there systems are a little bit diferent can anyone help me or give me a referral to a thread that will help me thanks .

What for?

For example, if you wanted to troll some racist video's comment box on Youtube i'd be all for helping you out. They're all too fond of blocking people from commenting.

If it's for anything malicious or you're just trying to troll any other kind of video, run on.

In any case, this isn't the right forum for it. You're in Overclocking and Modding. What you'd need is the Net & Comms forum or perhaps Computers & Technology.
