I have a number of chargers from my HTC sensation. Obviously the stancard charer that comes with it works great and charges fast when plugged into the wall, but not as fasst when off a pc (as expected). However some of the other chargers act weird. One is a generic wall charger but when plugged in the screen does not respond properly, sometimes you cannot unlock it, or it does not type the keys properly. Maybe just a sh1tty charger. However I just bought two decent 2m usb cables online, and also then I got two HTC wall to usb adaptors. Expecting these tow ork perfect and charge the phone really fast, I am disappointed. I'm told its all due tot he voltage that is going into the phone, is there any app that can measure this? It would be interesting to know...
    Thanks

Give CurrentWidget a try. You'll want to change the default update interval, it's set at 60 seconds iirc.

Battery monitor widget gives you tons of info too.
