hi All,

my son was messing with my phone and tried the code too many times. I am now locked out of my phone and have to enter in email and password.

Only thing is for the life of me i cant remember the password. Tried 3G, gave them al my details and they said onl thing they can do is start it again but i will lose all my memory and i have too much impotant information on it for that.

Could anyone advise me on what to do?

phone is a Samung Galaxy, not new one previous to that
