HTC sensation unlock problem

My son must have been using my phone and put in the wrong pattern to unlock it a few times, Now it says account unlock and i have to put in my google account email and password. But when i go to put in my gmail address the @ button won't work?

What can i do??

try putting it in without the @gmail.com, so just use the username.

I got it thanks just had to put in the password first for some reason

yes they say that on there site I think to unlock just use your Google account password

yes and they told me i have to send to england or maybe i can try to reset to factory maybe ? i dont know thank u
