    Lads,

Sorry for going about this the lazy way but a few of us are interested in doing a CrossFit or Kettlebells class together ( Supplement to other training ) and Thursday lunchtime suits us best in D2.

Can anyone advise as to what is on ?

I've done some research and can't find anything really.

    Thanks
    Rob

Wild Geese on Pearse Street do lunchtime classes. Bodyweight and Kettlebells exclusively.

    10 blips IIRC.

thanks - I should have mentioned that that was last years New Years resolution !
We all enjoyed it but some of the folks found the place to be a bit too grubby  . I personally would prefer CrossFit this year if possible.

Thanks again for your suggestion though.

Jaysus, unless standards have really slipped in Wild Geese in the past year I can't see them finding anywhere that isn't too grubby! They sound like a precious bunch!!
It's a good facility with good coaches!

Couldn't agree more. However it was me who started this "New year fitness" rubbish so I feel a sense of duty to go with the crowd !

As I said anyway - as I am the one doing the leg work I think we'll try CrossFit if possible with Kettlebells as the fall back

Thanks again for all the help though guys!
