ACCA next step Question

My Girlfriend has complete the ACCA Diploma in Accounting & Business Course.
She ranked quite high with her exam results.

My question is whats the next step here?
I think she needs to get 1 years experience and after that back to college or evening classes?
Whats the next course she should consider and does it require the experience to start it? (Thinking CAT or further ACCA)

Trying to be the supportive boyfriend and do my research here!

Definitely not technician level. Would suggest ACCA proper if she wants to progress in accounting.

However, the Diploma is usually accounting and finance for non Finance managers. Does she want to get involved in accounting full time?

She doesn't need experience to register or take the exams. Experience plus exams will provide her with a better chance of getting a suitable job.

Yes she wants to do it full time.

Ideally she would be able to work while doing so as experience really is invaluable.
