Help with HTC

    When i go to sync my HTC Sensation with HTCSync i get a warning reading Fail to mount/unmount device storage card. anyone?

    Open the phone, take out the memory card whch is probably under the battery (it is on the Desire) and reseat it, try again.

    Did all that, can't sync because of it
