Hi,
My uncle bought my cousin an acer tablet and asked me to download some apps for it.

I looked up the problem and it seemed that pc world sold him a display model. Is that possible?
Apparently if you reinstall the the OS it is suppossed to be fine but I don't wanna go down that road if its not neccessary.
Would it be possible to return it or exchange it if we explain whats wrong. We have the recipt but no box.
