Help needed to unlock a Samsung galaxy s

    Hi all

    My friend has a Samsung galaxy s but his son locked it permanently on him with the lock thing. He has a certain pattern set on it and his son was trying to use it and locked it. There is now a message saying enter your gmail address and password.....only problem is he has forgotten the password and/or email address and can't access it.

    Does anyone know how to unlock this?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!:)

    I'm writing this for him as he can't access it.

    Reset the password through google on a pc. Then you can enter it on the phone and unlock it.

    Yep were after trying that. Google says it will contact him within 24hrs because he can't remember his google email. Just thought they'd be a quicker way of doing it. Thanks though:)
