Its run by a friend of mine, Sean Cumiskey. He's a top class boxer and kickboxer and Ive heard only good things so far from people in the club.
Drop him a message on Facebook with any queries and he'll get back to you:

Just wondering if you have any 'intro' nights or 1 free class for newbies to try it out and see what's on offer?

    Hiya

I attended the session of 6 classes prior to xmas - got the ould fitness back up, and good fun.

Just been talking to Sean earlier today - he's a top class guy, makes things simple if you've never boxed before, and will push you each week too. It enables you to work up a good sweat for the hour, and teaches the basic skills.

Message him via Fbook, as I think most classes are starting up again next week - and adverts will be in the local papers.

The crack was good too amongst the 10 or so lads each week, and most of us will be returning.

I'll let Sean confirm costs etc, but it wouldn't break the bank - good value in other words!

    Hope that helps you.

    T
