I came across this while I was trying to find some cheap bindings. Anyone know if this would be legit? I called the number and a scottish guy answered, took my name and email address and said he would send me a list of inventory... Said it was from 3 dublin ski/snowboard shops that closed recently. The reason why I'm sceptical is that I can't think of there ever being 3 ski/snowboard shops in dublin.

It says in the Ad its in Perthshire, hence the UK prices. Not in Dublin at all, even though the ad is in dublin section

Yes. This is all true. The shops were in dublin though, according to the advert and the guy I talked to on the phone.

I got an email back from them with a list of what they have for sale.

The company is called snowcore and their warehouse is in Dundee. If they are legit, there seems to be a good enough selection of skis, boards, boots, helmets, poles and ski bags. The few ski's I recognised were last season or the season before.

TBH I wouldn't touch that ad with a 50ft ski pole.... I suppose if you pay by pay pal you might be covered?

Thats what I was thinking, they don't have a website as such either, so it looks like it would be over the phone or get them to pay via paypal. I have asked welove2ski to see if anyone has heard of them.

I did a search on the BT and yell websites and they both have a listing for "snow core" at the Dundee address, so it could be legit enough.

I think it is legit but what they have on offer isn't what I'm looking for.

Plenty of helmets for around between about 24 - £50. Mostly, but not all, small sizes.
