bvd samples need stamps?

    just about to send samples to lab and have no idea is envalope needs a stamp.
    the literature on AHI etc says to print 'exempt animal specimen' on it but does not say that they do not need stamps.

    I suspect that may be something to do with sending pathological samples by post. They may be exempt from normal protective packaging requirements.
