Laptop won't connect to tv anymore

    I'd set up my Toshiba laptop to my Samsung tv using an S cable and at first it worked fine .
    But then I had it on and my laptop died while all hooked up (I thought it was plugged in) and since then it won't connect anymore.
    Anyone any suggestions?? Help appriciated!
