We need a new president here in tCN!!!

The current Feadalism system of having a moderator just isnt working here in tCN, Sarky is pretty unstable depending on how much booze he has and I suggest we vote out his reign of terror and constant need to be silly!

So we need to have a general election - Users can nominate themself and we then vote for them. When we have an official President, Sarky and his band of tyrant mods steps down and progress can be made!
