I recently replaced my old timber fence with a block wall from the back of my 3 bed semi. I now have a problem with flooding that stretches from the back wall to mid way of my new wall. It extends to about 4 feet from my new wall into the garden. I'm guessing that the foundations of the new wall is now blocking any natural drainage that was there before.

Has anyone any idea what i could to help my problem? Thanks in advance.

I think you should blow a small hole about the size of your fist in one of the bottom corner of the wall to allow the water to pass through. The water could probably pass through the timber fence.
