Army Reserve training?

Recently I've been reading up on the Reserve Defence Forces and specifically the Army Reserve and found the following in relation to training.

    From Wikipedia:
All enlisted members of the Reserve Defence Forces (RDF) undergo recruit training on a part time voluntary basis. This training takes place mostly on weekends. Recruits must undergo at least 7 days full-time training and pass proficiency tests on foot and arms drill. They must also fire the Steyr AUG rifle to qualify as a 2 Star Private.

3 Star training includes navigation, further weapons training (GPMG), fieldcraft and tactical training.

I was wondering if anyone who has been through the training could perhaps give more detail on the various elements or structure of it, something akin to a syllabus I guess.

Most of the training takes place at training camps (For me it was 2 weeks for recruit to two star and one week for two to three star although this might have changed since I joined up)
Recruit camp is mostly learning drill and the Steyr along with basics on things like first aid, tactics and orienteering.
Three star camp depends on what your corps is.
