The E1000 is the budget model with no Wi-Fi and a mono speaker. The PSP (Slim &) Lite 3000 is the same as the PSP 3000. Have a look at Wikipedia for details and pictures.

Would you be willing to wait a couple of months? An entirely new model (the PS Vita) will be released very shortly.

It is a good bit more expensive, but, by buying a PSP now, you'll find very quickly that there are no longer new games, accessories etc for it, where as the PS Vita should be supported for the next 5 years plus.

thanks a lot for the advise.
Do u think PSP lite 3000 is quiet old (i think it was released in 2008)? Do u think it will be hard to find new games for it soon enough?
We have wii, nintendo DSi. And now i came to that PSP and realized that i have no idea what is it exactly haha.
PSP E1000 is kinda old, so i thought of buying PSP lite 3000.
But ps Vita does look nice ,and it is touchscreen also
