    Wanted for teaching gun control and firing position to son. Doesn't have to fire but all controls and loading mechanisms have to be in pwo. Cork area. Cheap .22

    you could get an airsoft gun for this,same princible in relation to safe handling etc,,mind you it might be cheaper to get a second .22 or air rifle

    Thanks for reply, yes ive thought about that and a decent one seems to be about the same price or more expensive, and if I'll be paying that much I'd prefer to be able to show him real internals and how to clean ect.

    that might be better and you can also get blank ammo for the .22,i make my own by removing the slug and putting a piece of cotton wool into the shell to stop the powder spilling out,works well and if he shoots in the wrong direction or pulls trigger by mistake,no harm done.
    got your pm. mine still up for sale and in great condition.
