samsung is android so sat finder is available on the android app market place. i've used it. its not a bad app. you just change the ms to the highest possible for a refresh rate

what does change the ms to the higest for a refresh mean

its milliseconds. the higher the refresh rate that the device can cope with then the quicker the display on the device will change. it just means you a more accurate indication of what the signal strength is.

If you are using an Enigma/linux box I highly recommend the Krkadoni Enigma signal meter app here
It is an excellent app,and its free!
Connects to your receiver via the network and allows use of your existing buoquets to fine tune your reception.

Only cavaet at the moment is that it doesn't work as yet with the latest linux 3.1.1 kernel so no good for the latest VIX, VTI and PLI images
