I've a persistent knee problem. Would one be a truly accurate simulation of jogging with the impact?
    Thanks

    No.
A cardio workout, yes. But not a simulation of running.

A zero-g treadmill is but hard to find.

Are they worth going to the gym for once a week?

Do a little running and a cardio workout for weight loss would greatly help me..
