    Hi all,
I play rugby and go to the gym regularly but wanted to up my game a little for 2012 regarding muscle gain & general fitness. I was wondering if anyone knows of good personal trainers in Dublin that I could perhaps go to every month or 6 weeks to review my progress and put me on the right track etc? I live quite near city centre and can travel.

If you want to pop out to us for a free session in Ironside and save the money on a personal trainer. We are the home of the leinster under 18's and 19's and the Irish women's rugby team. We could look at your 10m time, basic strength etc. PM me if your interested.

    I'd recommend http://functionaltraining.ie/

city centre. reasonable enough prices and good results guaranteed if you put in the work.

I'd wholeheartedly recommend James Hanley who posts on here regularly.

Have been working with him for about 4 weeks now and delighted with the service and results so far.

    Best of luck with it.
