    Hi,
Am thinking of moving (temporarily/permanently???!) to Roundstone, Co. Galway. Really liked it when I visited there a few months ago. Locals - friendly. Tourists/Visitors - am I wrong in saying that there are a lot of Americans/English? Do they live/rent houses here or just do short stays?
    Thanks alot

Roundstone is lovely to visit, not sure about living there year round though.

I am actually from Roundstone, its a great place to live, locals are very friendly, houses are available long term or short term(i actually own one myself i.e.to rent) it is very busy during summer and holiday times, but otherwise is quiet.
lots to do and see usually!
