Laptop for using a graphics tablet

Hi,

My old netbook is after blowing it's harddrive, and I'm looking to get a replacement. The netbook was small and wasn't great for using a graphics tablet as it took ages to scroll up or down the drawing-this is to do with memory?

So what I'm looking for is some sort of computor, ideally a laptop that will be good for using a graphics tablet. I only used my old netbook for email/browsing/youtube and using the tablet.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

depending on the application the Android tablets and the iPad are also good for direct use. Sketchbook Pro is one example app. If you're looking to get extremely professional about it, and see it as a true investment tool, get nothing less than the Wacom Cintiq system. A direct 1:1 screen with 2048 levels of pressure sensitivity. 1024 if you go with the cheaper 12" model. But nothing out there comes close to this product.
