    he probably pulled out the front drive shafts. Engine knocking because the sh!te has been driven out of the thing in a field probably

    What makes you say that? car looks clean and from the pics and from reading the build thread the owner seems to look after it.Its probably had an easier life than most starlets

    Does this look like a bay of a car thats trashed in a field?:confused:

    Fancy lights etc but engine bushed, not a car put together by a mechanic.

    You're buying a shell.

    Those engines are readily available, quite cheap and VERY tunable personally id buy it convert it back to 4wd and return the exterior to standard and have a nice little sleeper with a few choice mods. TBH its worth asking or close to imo just for the rarity of these.

    That's interesting so. How come you don't see more 4wd starlets with the glanza engine? Surely it'd tidy up the handling\grip which seems to be it's weak point

    Im not 100% on toyota engine codes but i thought 4efte was a glanza engine no :confused: i think the weak point on them is the solid rear axle not sure how it is on the 4WD

    IIRC though the turbo never came in 4wd so this is a conversion either way.
